There is more than a half way was passed by the team of Moscow Region  State University in the Educational intensive “Island 10-22” on the transformation way of the University taking into account the systemic changes in the digital economy.

Each of the participants in accordance with his personal role in the team daily visits the laboratory, the results of which increases the level of personal competence and direct experience of activities related to the use of technology or best practice, and the level of “team competition”, which contributes to a more effective development of the University project within its strategic development.

Teamwork

In the laboratory “Online as a business: how to launch quickly and efficiently online education at the University” participants learned about all the subtleties of launching online training programs at the University. The teams got information about the way of online program development, make a business plan and plan the schemes for promoting and popularizing programs and courses. Lecturers-practitioners gave tools that allow creating programs at each stage of the project in effective and convenient way. Cary Barlow, the first Executive Director of ASU Online, introduced the teams to the international experience of building online programs.

For example, in the framework of the laboratory “New humanitarian practices”, experience was gained in the development of human potential as a strategic framework of modern education. During the work it was possible to identify 3 levels of basic competencies in the development of education: territorial, collective, individual. Work on the study of new humanitarian practices in the framework of their application to educational programs made it possible to determine the need for the transition of one technological state to another and the need to create a management module. Work in the laboratory ended with a project session, where participants were able to build a digital profile of the applicant, student, graduate, employee.

At the Laboratory of pedagogical design, assessment of competencies and work with the digital trail, team members studied the formation of a digital profile, compiled a taxonomy of competencies, consolidated the previously studied approaches to the creation of the classifier using the mind 42 and southcrux.ru platforms. Team work was carried out in the digital application Miro, in which with the participation of representatives of other universities defined the concept of pedagogical design, points of growth and discipline that could fit a modern student, and examined in detail the barriers to implementation. The result of the laboratory was its own project “Educational center”, which after the defense was marked by an expert – Andrey Komissarov, as originally aimed at the study of Soft skills.

On July 17, the team began training in new laboratories of the second stage of the Educational intensive. It should be noted that the decision on each step of the participant’s development was carried out using the recommendations of artificial intelligence, which predicts the effectiveness of participation in the event and the impact on the motivation of the participant.

It is also important that there was a daily accumulated digital trail of participants. Educational formats, as well as self-organized meetings, group discussions of universities, communication channels, sports and cultural events – all this generates a digital footprint directly related to the educational experience. It is used for permanent training of artificial intelligence and refinement of development trajectories.
