On February 15, 2018, many foreign guests and partners, primarily from Germany, Finland, China, India, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other countries took part in the opening ceremony of the III International Festival of Science.
Before the opening of the Festival the rector of the Moscow Region State University Dr. Pavel Nikolaevich Khromenkov had a meeting with the press attaché of the Embassy of Finland in the Russian Federation, Mr. Taneli Dobrovolski. Under the meeting the Parties agreed to enlarge cooperation between MRSU and the Embassy in education and science.

Opening the Festival Dr. Khromenkov noted the wide popularity of scientific achievements of MGOU abroad. This fact is confirmed by a broad range of MGOU international scientific projects including connected with study child-center pedagogics and psychology, inclusive education and learning of foreign languages in early childhood etc.

The first foreign guest was the Minister of the Embassy of India in the Russian Federation, Mr. Alok Raj, who noted the great popularity of MGOU in India, thanked our university for the care of Indian students, for cooperation with educational organizations of India and expressed confidence in further cooperation.

Then the representative of the Institute “Higher School Emden-Leer” (Emden, Germany), Dr. Michael Herschelmann, greeted the guests. Mr. Herschelmann emphasized the importance of internship for teachers and students of MGOU in the “Higher School Emden-Leer” in special and inclusive education, which are now more relevant than ever.

The delegation of the Institute “Higher School DIPLOMA” (Munich, Leipzig, Kiel and other cities of Germany) was represented by Ms. Sandra Reinhard, who in her welcome speech conveyed the greetings from the management of her university to the festival and noted the importance of joint scientific events in the direction of social work, conducted both on the basis of the Institute DIPLOMA, and on the basis of the MGOU Faculty of History, Political Science and Law.

The Deputy Chairman of the Chinese Community of Russia, Mr. Zhang Jiawei was addressed the audience, and read the official congratulation on the opening of the Festival from the Embassy of the Chinese People’s Republic in the Russian Federation, and also congratulated the participants of the Festival on behalf of the Chinese residing in Russia.

Foreign colleagues also participated in the opening of the Festival and in a distant format. So, with a video message to the audience, the South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University headed by its President, Dr. Yunusov Madiyar Bakhtiyarovych, spoke with satisfaction. He noted the fact that the cooperation between universities on the development of joint scientific projects in the field of innovative management of schools and the support of the Russian language in the Turkophone environment was started.
In addition to official greetings for the festival participants was organized a creative greeting from foreign citizens. Chinese student MGOU Dai Quhun performed the song “Western Pagoda”.
